Presentation type:

SISPAD2026 will be held in-person. SISPAD2026 accepts oral and poster presentations.
*Final determination in classifying categories and presentation type will be made by the Program Committee.

Requirement for submitting 2-page abstract

- All abstracts must be written and presented in English.

- Please complete the abstract in 2 pages (A4 portrait, including tables and figures), and the file size must be less than 10 MB.

- 10 - 12 point font is recommended.

- Abstracts sent by e-mail or postal mail will NOT be considered.

- You can NOT use 2 byte font such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese characters or 1 byte font of Asian characters such as MS Gothic, MS Mincho, Ryumin, Batang etc.

Recommended aspects for high-quality papers

Submitted papers are expected to address the following elements where appropriate:
Clarity – Present objectives, methods, and results in a clear, well-organized manner.
Novelty and Contribution – Demonstrate clear differentiation from existing work and potential impact on the field.
Technical Soundness – Ensure theoretical accuracy and provide a clear description of the models and equations used.
Validation – Support the results with comparisons to experimental data, analytical models, or other reliable simulations.
Physical Insight – Go beyond numerical results to discuss the underlying physical mechanisms or implications for device/materials design.
Papers should maintain high writing quality and direct relevance to semiconductor process, device, and materials simulation.

- Camera-ready copy of a four-page manuscript will be required from the authors for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

Since notification of acceptance and further announcements will be sent only to the abstract submitter's registered email address, we strongly recommend each presenting author to create his/her own account and submit his/her abstract(s) from that account.
